Working out used to be such a joy for me. I love Beachbody workouts and still do! However, due to my illness and my weight, I am currently unable to do most of them.
But, whatever you have going on, don't stop moving!
Go walk. Walking helps you so much. Breathe in the fresh air. Stop and look around at nature. So good for you in so many ways!
If you are in a lot of pain, see if you have a local pool available to you. That is what I am doing now. I do a warm water therapy and I am loving it. It is hard for me to get up and go every morning but I do it and it is worth it!

I had been doing the therapy pool up until my surgery so since, I am trying to walk a few times a week. I go about 1.5 miles and this is when I start to hurt pretty badly. Honestly, there have been days I can barely walk out to my backyard to take my dog out. But I do enjoy walking. We have found some great trails around us that are flat and peaceful. Today, I just went around the block. Short and sweet but I have been in horrible pain this past week.
The point is, try to find something that works for you!
